Horrible controlls

Its a good game but the controls stink! When you fully upgrade the kart the controlls are the same, even when the controll is maxed. Need to be upgraded and when u hit a ramp then hit the surface it crashes and u cant controll it! PLEASE UPGRADE!!!!
